OPENINGS FOR FELLOWS AND PSYCHOTHERAPISTS
We are in the process of expanding and are now offering part-time and full-time positions (LLP, LP, LPC) for fellowships and early career practitioners with an emphasis on culturally informed care and supervision. Come work for a collaborative and nurturing practice that prioritizes work-life balance, values your skills, strengths, and wisdom, and supports and encourages your unique voice as a clinician.
This practice utilizes evidence-based therapies while critically examining its biases and limitations and offering adaptations and other avenues for understanding and healing. Special areas of emphasis and training include Liberation Psychology, Multicultural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapies, Dignity Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We offer substantial supervision and training, clinician networking and collaboration, a monthly case consult group, and opportunities for you to share your expertise with our practice and the public. There may be additional opportunities, such as adult ADHD testing, immigration evaluations, and group therapy if desired.
We offer an overflowing referral base, a very competitive fee-split, and do not have a non-compete agreement. We provide cloud-based software and a paperless office. Flexibility in hours and caseload is provided to meet your professional and personal needs.
All candidates must be licensed by the State of Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, and a strong interest in working with adult populations from an inclusive, affirming, and strengths-based framework. Requirements are a proclivity to learn, share, and collaborate, and excellent organizational and clinical documentation skills.
